Register your Zen Huas product warranty below.

Please prepare your marketplace order ID and product details. Registration must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the parcel.

Warranty Coverage

• One-to-one replacement within 7 days for a confirmed product fault.
• 6-month local supplier warranty after registration.
• Video proof and basic troubleshooting may be required before approval.

What Is Not Covered

• Accidental damage, misuse, water damage outside the product rating, normal wear and tear, or unauthorised repair.
• Missing order information or claims that cannot be verified.

Registration does not replace your marketplace return/refund rights. Claims remain subject to verification and the applicable marketplace rules.
